Southeastern Products is a familiy owned company and has been
in business since 1978. Our primary business is designing, developing and
building retail decor and fixtures. We pride ourselves on maintaining a family friendly
workplace atmosphere.
In early 2011, we consolidated three Greenville area locations
into one 124,500 sf facility on the Southchase Campus in Fountain
Inn, SC. This move allowed us to bring all departments under one
roof. Our manufacturing costs are now more efficient than ever. This
helps us stand out in a very competitive industry.
We realize that companies do not do business with each other, but
people do business with each other. It is about establishing and
maintaining these relationships. Our continued focus is always on our customers.

Most benefits are available after 60-90 days from date of hire.
Below is a brief summary.
- Holidays
Six paid holidays annually.
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
New employees are eligible for 10 days PTO, accrued weekly,
starting 90 days from date of hire. PTO is used for vacation, sick, personel or
emergencies. PTO allowance increases depending on employment
length.
- 401k
Southeastern matches employee contributions at $0.25
per dollar with a 6% maximum.
- Medical and Dental Insurance
Costs are shared by Southeastern and employees. Plans are
available for individuals, employee + spouse, employee +
children and family coverage depending on your needs.
- Workers Compensation
Southeastern provides compensation in the event you are injured
on the job. This benefit is effective immediately upon hire.
- Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance
These income-protection programs are provided by Southeastern at
no cost to the employee. They are designed to replace
approximately 66% of income (up to a limited amount) in the
event of a non-job-related illness or injuries that prevent you
from working.
- Life Insurance
A $15,000 term life insurance is provided by the company at no
cost to the employee. Optional, additional insurance is
available for purchase.
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
A $15,000 AD&D policy is provided by the company at no cost to
the employee.
